Because Aric loved to travel, his many friends and family now honor the memory of this loving young man by taking him to all the places he may have traveled. Because of this effort, his ashes and memorial rocks have been taken to over 200 locations all over the world. See some of these places below and come back often to see where we have taken Aric!
Shortly after Aric died, his sister Kelly traveled to Japan, a trip she had long planned. It was hard leaving family, but everyone felt that Aric would have wanted Kelly to go. Because Aric wanted to travel with her, Kelly took some of his ashes with her and hiked to the 12,300 ft high summit of Mt. Fuji and scattered his ashes in the driving wind. This bold step inspired Aric's friends and family to scatter his ashes all over the world - every place he would have gone, or wherever we wish we could have taken him.
